Tubing Centralizer

1. Purpose:

   Tubing centralizers are mainly used for centralizing tubing in inclined wells of oil and water wells to prevent the tubing and casing wall from being worn out by tubing peristalsis during pumping work; the inner wall of the casing is cleaned.

2. Structure:

   The tubing centralizer is mainly composed of a main body and a rotating centralizer.

1. Ensure that the tubing is centered to reduce eccentric wear.

2. Simple structure, flexible rotation, low friction and good righting effect.

3. It is used at both ends of the packer, which can reduce the friction damage of the well wall to the packer rubber cylinder and prolong the service life of the packer.

2. Application conditions and technical requirements

   The application condition of the centralizer with outer diameter Φ114mm inner diameter Φ73mm is 2 7/8″NU J55/N80 or 2 7/8″EU J55/N80 tubing, the outer diameter of the casing is 5 1/2″, and the pressure gauge cable is 7.5mm outside. Two-core cable. The application condition of the centralizer with outer diameter of Φ127mm and inner diameter of Φ73mm is 2 7/8″NU J55/N80 or 2 7/8″EU J55/N80 tubing, the outer diameter of the casing is 7″, and the pressure gauge cable is 7.5mm outer diameter twin core cable. The tubing centralizer is required to be easy to install, not to be loosened after installation, to have a certain pre-tightening force, and to fix the pressure gauge cable and centralize the tubing. The material is strong and durable.
