1. Overview:

Torque anchor is an anti-drop tool specially designed for screw pump with reference to foreign advanced technology. Torque anchors have the characteristics of simple operation, firm anchoring, convenient use, safety and reliability.

2. Structure:

Torque anchor is mainly composed of main body, centralizing block, anchoring block, short circuit and so on.

3. Technical parameters:

The technical parameters of the torque anchor are shown in the table below. The connecting thread (API standard) can be manufactured according to the contract.

4. How to use:

1. Choose a suitable torque anchor according to the size of the casing. The female thread of the torque anchor is upward and the male thread is downward, and it is connected to the lower end of the screw pump stator. Tighten the anchor and the pipe string according to the recommended torque of the tubing thread.

2. After the screw pump stator is lowered to a predetermined depth, apply a torque of 400N·m to the tubing string in a clockwise direction, and then fix the tubing string to the wellhead. At this time, the torque anchor has been anchored to the casing.

3. Unblocking: Reverse rotation for 1-5 weeks and lift up the pipe string.

4. It is recommended to use a tubing centralizer on the tubing at the outlet end of the screw pump and the lower end of the anchor body to reduce vibration.
